    Travel e22will require all payments to be paid full  1 month prior to arrival to Turkey and check-in at the hotel. (Online Secure Payment is available on this website)  

    Travel e22 will guarantee CONFERENCE HOTEL RATES upto 2 months before the conferences start.  For bookings made after that date, hotel rates may vary and cannot be guaranteed untill BOOKED and PAID in FULL.
    Travel e22 guarantees conference hotel rates for  CONFERENCE HOTEL BOOKINGS made for min. of 3 nights stay.

    Travel e22 will have to apply below Cancellation Rules for all Hotel & Tour bookings
    Cancellation & Change Rules:
  • Cancellations or changes made within  44 to 30 days before the check in date are subject to  %100 cost of first night stay & 20 % of  registration fee 
  • Cancellations or changes made within 29 to14 days before the check in date are subject to  a total of  %100 cost of first night stay and 50% cost of total stay & 
    50 % of registration fee      
  • Cancellations or changes made within  14 days before the check in date are subject to  %100 cost of total stay & 100 % of registration fee
  • Cancellations or changes made within 45 days or earlier of the check in date are subject to  no penalty  for hotel stay nor the registration fee.
  • No refunds will be given for checking out early
    • *** For cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM (GMT + 2) of the check in day into your hotel.  For cancellations & changes, please send us an email with your name and Reservation Number, or please call +90 (216) 341 4125  (GMT+2) and specify the Reservation number of yours, as well as your name and reservation details.
